About MobiBubble

MobiBubble is operated by BitBrooks and provides online booking and admin software for mobile car wash and mobile valeting businesses. Customers use MobiBubble-powered pages to request services from a specific business. The business remains responsible for delivering the car wash or valeting service.

Using the platform

• Provide accurate business, contact, booking, vehicle, and location information.
• Use customer and business accounts only for authorised activity.
• Keep account access secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.
• Do not misuse, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or third-party-infringing content.

Bookings and service delivery

A booking request may need confirmation by the relevant mobile car wash business. Pricing, availability, cancellation rules, refund rules, and service scope can vary by business, location, vehicle, and vehicle condition. The business providing the service is responsible for customer communication, service delivery, appointment changes, cancellations, complaints, and service quality.

Payments

MobiBubble does not currently take online payments in the public pilot. Payment handling is part of the product direction. When online payments are enabled, the car wash business is expected to be the merchant of record for the car wash service and MobiBubble provides the software layer. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Business admin responsibilities

Business admins are responsible for keeping service descriptions, prices, coverage areas, availability, customer communications, and public business details accurate. They must only access customer data for legitimate business purposes connected with providing and managing the requested service.

Privacy and data processing

Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. Where MobiBubble processes customer booking data on behalf of a business, the Data Processing Addendum sets out the baseline processor commitments for pilot and customer agreements that incorporate it.

Support access

Platform support may access a business workspace to troubleshoot, configure, or support the service. Support access is attributed to the platform user and recorded in audit logs. It is not login impersonation of a business user.

Pilot and product changes

MobiBubble is evolving through an early pilot. Features, pricing, onboarding steps, product availability, and third-party integrations may change as we validate the service with mobile car wash businesses.

Platform availability

We aim to keep MobiBubble reliable, but the platform may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, network problems, or changes to third-party services such as authentication, hosting, payments, and email delivery.
